Thanks for reaching out to, Jessica! It doesn't appear that your current trim kit will fit the model FPMO227NUF. We were able to see the recommended trim kit for the model FPMO227NUF is MWTK30FPUF. Also, for proper installation, you want to ensure the cut-out dimensions for the replacement are the same as your current space. The cut-out dimensions for model FPMO227NUF are listed as follows: Height (Min) 16-3/4, Height (Max) 17", Width (Min) 24-3/4, Width (Max) 25" and Depth (Min) 20". You are able to view additional information pertaining to the cut-out dimensions and more under the specifications. -Ciara

As for will the existing space be sufficient, check your users manual to verify the measurements. I had the Best Buy consultant come and check for me just to ensure everything was correct.
