“The flap that should flip to close the gap between the two fridge door doesn’t always swing closed, leaving a gap in between the doors when they’re closed. Is there any way to fix it, or is this a product defect?”

Hi, ES! Thank you for your inquiry. In researching, there may be a slight gap, possibly about 1/2" between the doors; which is normal and apart of the design.
