Yes, the doors have a 180 degree hard stop.

When installing the refrigerator adjacent to wall, cabinet or other appliance that extends beyond front edge, we recommend a 20" minimum clearance to allow for a 120° to 180° door swing, providing complete drawer access and removal. If the surrounding wall or cabinetry does not extend beyond the front of the door hinge, the doors should stop before collision. ~Ashton
