“Can you tell me what the latest map version is ? I did the updates via Express and was told that the device was updated, but the software didn't update to the latest version, according to the settings on the device...so I'm wondering if the maps updated.”

• The memory may be full. I'm not sure if you can reset the device to regain memory or not. Good luck!

• Mine has updated whenever updates are available. I have received periodically the message - up to date - but on future attempts the updates did go through. Patience and rebooting help.
