I would think this unit would be okay, provided you recalibrate for the camera position, e.g. high/low, Center/left/or right. The only drawback,,,,,YOU have to be very aware of your vehicle height and the approaching hazard. Units specifically designed for larger vehicles have you input into the settings your vehicle height, weight, width, etc. and takes those factors into consideration when planning the route. We travel on well known interstates mostly and so we have always used a regular Garmin - currently a 61 LMT-s which has a huge 7" screen.
