“The battery drains down to the low battery notice in about 3 days and it is completely turned off during that time. Any ideas or is the battery just bad and can it be changed if need be. Otherwise I really like it and it performs very well. Thanks”

Some of the newer units are made to only last a few hours (at the most) without being connected to a power source. The older GPS' could go several hours...nothing wrong with your GPS, it is designed like this and mine is the same.
