Yes comes with the garmin traffic cable and suction cup mount that actually works well and a quick detach clip into the back of the gps so it doesn’t always have to be baking in the window when your not using it I love my gps hope this helps

The suction on the bottom is not sticky where it sticks to your fingers, but grips nicely to the vehicle dashboard to keep it from sliding. As for the a power plug it does come with whatever Garmin GPS you buy.
