• When the device powers up and you have touched the agree button you will see two icons one is search and the other view map at this point touch the setting button on the bottom right corner. It looks like a small wrench. Then scroll down to navigation there in navigation you will find the option to change the screen to meet your preferences.

• yes I haven't done it in a while but found that in apps and or settings you can switch it back and forth to meet your desires.
