• 4 mph once you hit 5 mph the truck registers on the ELD

• Garmin eLog is required to follow FMCSA electronic logging device (ELD) regulations where an ELD must automatically switch to "driving" status once the commercial motor vehicle's diagnostic port reports a speed greater than or equal to 5 miles per hour. The vehicle is considered "stopped" when its diagnostic port reports a speed of 0 miles per hour for three consecutive seconds. These speeds are mandated by FMCSA and are unable to be modified by Garmin.
