• the scale sync the info to Garmin's app; Garmin Connect. It doesn't sync to a specific device.

• The Index Smart Scale syncs weight data to Garmin Connect, and does not have the ability to sync weight data directly to Googe Fit applications.

• Yes. you just need to link your accts. It works with MyFitnessPal also.
