• The Instinct can access multiple global navigation satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS and Galileo) to track in more challenging environments than GPS alone. It does not have SOS, unless paired with the Garmin inReach Mini Compact Satellite Communicator. • There is no sos button on it. You don’t need cellular service for what it does offer for gps tracking and the compass. There are no map features. It’s not meant to give you turn by turn directions. It does need to be Bluetoothed to a phone for updates from time to time.
