- Answer No, it does not. Some searching found that the Vivoactive 3 music, Fenix 5 Plus, and Forerunner 645 Music (Fenix 6x pro lists it as a spec, but was not on garmins anouncement) do include a feature that will alert a emergency contact if setup in the phone. This sends a discrete alert to that contact through the phone.
