The Garmin app provides a lot of detail including map of your ride. You can see heat map for speed. In addition, you can overlay heart rate and altitude. Also, I like how it shows your heart rate zones and how much time you spend in each one. Very helpful to see how you perform and if you are targeting a specific zone. Map detail allows you to review ride at a high level.
