• You can set up your vivofit with Garmin Connect via your mobile phone or Garmin Express. You will be able to add friends through Garmin Connect. • Garmin has it's own app for your phone to sync the data from your Vivofit device. There are ways to share that information with, for example, the built-in Health app on your iPhone, via the options in the Garmin app.
