• Yes it can be synced with a cellphone. It will not display anything in regards to calls or texts. We have our 2 kids synced to both of our cell phones and it will sync to each of our phones via the web/internet so no need to sync it to each device.

• Yes, this can by synced with your phone. There is an app you can download that when synced will show you activity and sleep as well as the ability to set up charms and alarms. If they complete enough activity they can then play games on the phone app.
