• Hi Valued Customer - Thank you so much for your interest in a new GE microwave. The primary difference between these two units is the JEM3072SHSS offers the ability to suspend it from the underside of your cabinet using the optional JXA019K hanging kit. The JES1072SHSS does not offer the option. It is designed to be placed on your a countertop. The other slight difference is in the size of the turntable. The JEM3072SHSS offers a turntable which is 9.6" in diameter and the turntable on the JEM1072SHSS is 10.75" in diameter. Otherwise, they are both great compact models perfect for smaller spaces.
