“Why do I have to reset the clock every time the pad is used?”

• Hi - Thanks for choosing GE! Press "Clock" and enter the time of day. Press "Clock" again to set the time. You should not have to set the clock each time the microwave is programmed. If not operating as designed, we suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging for 30 seconds or so.
