“Hi, I purchased this microwave on December, 2018. We don't use it often, once in awhile. All of sudden, the clock/ time display went off. The microwave is working, warming the food but there is no display of time. Please advice.”

• press the CLOCK button, enter the time, then press the CLOCK button once more and it will stay up on the screen.

• Hi Malika - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the clock on your microwave. Model JES1145SHSS does not have a display On/Off feature.
