Does this compactor have to be built in? null

This is a under counter compactor - It states built in

Supposed to be either under the counter or counter high.

Hello and thanks so much for reaching out about this compactor. It should only be used as a built in unit and not free standing. The sides are not finished and it needs to be secured to cabinetry to avoid tipping over. Keep in touch! - John@GEAppliances
