Perhaps you would be interested in this over-the-range microwave: PVM9179DKBB. It has the same finish, is the same size, and it also has microwave and convection cooking capabilities. - A:Answer The installers Best Buy sent we’re terrific. They had to drill 2 holes in the cabinet above. Otherwise easy. Took 20 minutes or so. Use them.

All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. We just suggest using the mounting bracket of your new microwave. The height and depth of models may vary slightly. Please keep in mind you will need to use the mounting brackets and hardware that come with the new microwave. Q: QuestionI purchased this microwave 12/30/2018 and it just suddenly stopped working. It first tripped the circuit breaker and now is dead, won't power on. Any suggestions on what Happened to it? I think a new microwave should last longer than 3 years....

- A:Answer Hello. This will require a service call to properly diagnose what the internal electrical issue. You can call 1-800-432-2737. We do not actually diagnose an electrical issue. If the microwave trips the house fuse or breaker: Be certain the microwave is on its own dedicated circuit. Reset the breaker or replace the household fuse and try the microwave one more time. If the breaker trips off again, unplug the microwave and contact service. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA
