Nice upgrade
This microwave is a major upgrade from our previous one. It is much quieter. Almost too quiet. We have 5 kids and I have to pay attention to listen to the timer as my house is usually loud and chaotic. Overall, we enjoy it.

Solid microwave-buttons touchy sometimes
Good microwave, makes the food hot. Only thing I don't care for as a nit pick is the sensitivity of the buttons is a little difficult sometimes. Instead of a pad you depress, it's all touch sensitive across the numbers and settings and can be tough to get it right on the first try. It's getting better but was a transitional phase
