Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe definitely so - this unit is slightly larger in capacity and power. Was simple to install, with the normal caveats that you may have to take off and replace the existing wall-mount plate (mine was a replacement for an old KitchenAid) and I also had to cut a small hole in the cabinet because the power cord was in a different place. Best to have a second person assist to lift and put into place.
