Please try again later.after 15 days best buy return is not an option, but it does come with a 1-year warranty, If you still have the paperwork there should be all of the information you need to get it repaired, if not just register it on GE website, make sure you copy the serial number and date of where you bought it, then submit a claim or you can call GE and they will probably have you unplug it, leave it unplugged for a few minutes and see if it resets.
