A:AnswerHello Johnt - Thank you for reaching out about your microwave. We are sorry to hear it is not venting properly. We recommend placing a tissue under the microwave to test the vent. If the tissue is held up to the microwave, it is venting properly. If it is not pulled up, try checking that the motor was turned in the proper direction. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our service team at 1-800-432-2737. Thanks. - JB

A:AnswerHello Gkaur - We are sorry to hear that your over-the-range microwave stopped working. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding a replacement model. We appreciate your loyalty and we are happy to help! Although we no longer make your model, we do have a variety of great new models available. We normally do not suggest an exact replacement because all of our 30" Spacemaker over-the-range microwaves are designed to be installed in the same standard upper cabinet space (30" min. width, 12" min.-13" max. depth, 66” min mounting height). Any of our new models will work in your current space. A:AnswerI purchased a 2023 JVM3160DFBB (version JVM3160DF9BB) to replace a 2014 JVM3160DFBB (JVM3160DF2BB). The bracket is different (only one horizontal bracket as opposed to a 3-sided bracket with the earlier version). And the newer version only uses two mounting bolts at the top instead of three. A new hole will need to be drilled for one of the upper mounting bolts. The new bracket has two bottom tabs instead of 4, but the old bracket appears reusable after bending down the two interior tabs.

A:AnswerJVM3160DFWW - I just bought this model and the exhaust can be either top or rear exit. I replaced a 10 year old Frigidaire unit and the rear exit exhaust matched up without issues. This model did come setup for top exit from the factory, so you have to remove and rotate the exhaust motor and remove 2 metal tabs to accommodate for a rear exit exhaust setup. See Pic
