• Hey Bob, if you are replacing with the same brand, it should be easy. It does take two people, though, and you need to be certain that the holes line up in the cabinet above it. If you have a fan, it comes configured for it. If no fan, you have to change it on the new model. Each manufacturer has its own wall bracket, so GE to GE shouldn't be too tough. If you are not handy, pay the $99 and have a beer while you watch.
