• This is a great question! To set the power level for this microwave: 1. Press Cook Time. 2. Enter cooking or defrosting time. 3. Press Power Level. 4. Select desired power level 1-10. 5. Press Start/Pause. Pressing Start/Pause is not necessary for Express Cook buttons. We hope this helps! If you have any other questions for us, please let us know! -Chris@GEA
