Can Any one speculate as to why GE(?) did not put a backlite on the key pad?
Even with proper lighting it is hard to see those numbers etc on a dark background, Very difficult to operate in late evening,early morning and at night!!! null

Does not help once you have bought the product. Very hard to see numbers, with no lighting.  Has enough to bright lights at night, clock ect.. Can not dim.
