Does this unit vent into the room ? null

Yes this unit vents into the kitchen. Comes with vent for outside venting should you go that route.Personally never had a reason for external venting Just FYI. Ed

Hi Deano- Yes, the microwave can be converted to recirculating (non-vent). The Recirculating Charcoal Filter JX81J is included. Our over-the-range microwave ovens are designed for adaptation for the following three types of ventilation: Outside Exhaust (Vertical – Delivered from factory in vertical position).
