It’s the room temp in your room when it starts if u have it on eco save button it will turn it off and come on when the room temp hits that amount and cool down to the temp u set it at.

Then display shows the Set temperature while setting the temperature in Cool or Energy Saver modes (64F) then shows the room temperature (75F). If set to Eco/Energy Saver mode, change to Cool mode. In Eco/Energy Saver mode the fan will cycle on and off with the compressor. This may result in wider variations of room temperature and humidity. As cold air leaves the air conditioner in a small room, it is deflected off the walls back to the air conditioner and prematurely cycles the unit off. This results in cold spots and hot spots and very little loss of humidity.
