A:AnswerHi - Thanks for reaching out to us! To remove the upper rack: 1.Pull the rack out to its full extension. 2.Reach under the rack and push the release levers.
a. Push down on the left side rack rail. b. Push up on the right side rack rail.
3.The rack should slide out with the side rails attached. 4.Reinstallation is a little trickier since the rack is not really secure on the tub rails until the installer hears each release lever click to engage. a. It may help to have two people- one to support the rack and one to manipulate the rails. b. It may be easier to hold the rack still and move the rails to get one side engaged at a time. We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! Sue
A:AnswerHi - Thanks for choosing GE! Your dishwasher has a Delay Start 1-12 Hour option. Touch the Delay Start pad once for each hour of delay desired (1 to 12 hours). The number of hours delayed will be shown in digital time display or LED indicators. Example: 1 hour delay will show 1H. The control will automatically count down and display the remaining hours left before cycle starts. At end of the countdown, the dishwasher will start the selected program. Unlatching the door does not cancel the delay start cycle. To cancel the Delay Start option, press the "Delay Start" pad until the hours of delay indicator goes off. If the Delay Start pad does not have an Off selection: Use the Start or Start/Reset pad, depending on the model. On most models, pressing and holding the Start pad for 3 seconds will cancel any set cycle, including the Delay Start cycle. A:AnswerHi TAjm- Yes, the dishwasher has three pressurized, full-coverage wash arms that alternate between the lower and upper racks, and redesigned with more wash jets. Dedicated Silverware Jets spray highly pressurized water to provide additional coverage areas and improve cleaning results for utensils. Specifically designed to target the silverware basket regardless of placement around the outside perimeter of the lower rack. The advantage is more versatility of the basket placement since the jets are not in a fixed location. Thanks for choosing GE! SUE@GEA
A:AnswerIt is made in Louisville Kentucky - appliance park

A:AnswerHi Jorden- Thanks for your purchase! Pushing any button or opening and closing the door will re-illuminate the lights. This is normal. The dishwasher will make a beep or tone when the control panel is touched or the Start button is pressed. To turn off the control pad noises, press the Heated Dry or Power Dry pad 5 times in a row quickly. This turns off all tones and beeping, including the signal at the end of the cycle. Also, dishwasher beeps once every minute as a reminder that your
dishwasher door has been left open during operation. It will continue beeping until you press Start and close the door. Your dishwasher warranty begins with the date of purchase. The sales invoice validates the purchase date and when the sales invoice is not available, the serial number is used to determine warranty coverage.
