“What all do I have to do for this model to become permanent under the countertop? And how do you take the wheels off? And do I need to take off the casing around it? Does it sit directly on the floor once I take the wheels off? What about the capacitor?”

Pretty sure that it needs a kit to convert the plumbing over as it comes as a portable. Your also may need an electrician to hook up the electricity depending on codes. And yes the casing and wheels will need to come off but does not look very difficult to do. If your house has already had a builtin dishwasher, it should not be a very difficult project, BUT make sure your opening will work with the size of the dishwasher.
