“Hello I just purchased this washer/dryer center, and the washer sounds awful ... . the second time I tried to wash a small load, because i just got this on Aug 2 2025.. I dont think it is suppost to sound like that?”

Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, flowing water, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle.
