A:AnswerHi Jason - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE. The refrigerator should be firmly positioned on the floor and the front is raised just enough that the doors close easily when opened less than 90 degrees. At 90 degrees or more, the door will remain still or swing open. This is normal. We suggest to view the following link - REFRIGERATOR - HOW TO LEVEL: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=19144 - Or, view page 33 of the Installation Guide- https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60805-3.PDF - Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com - Sue

A:AnswerIt smudges very easily, and it doesn’t wipe off easily either. Still trying to figure out how to easily get smudges off. It’s magnetic which means the stainless steel is not truly stainless steel. That said, we really like it because we have a tight space width and depth wise. Fits more than out last same size fridge; lots of storage that feels durable; and we can fully pull the drawers all the way out even with a wall next to the fridge.
A:AnswerHi Susan- Thanks for choosing our GE Model GDE21ESKSS! Yes, we do suggest to allow
24 hours for temperatures to stabilize to the preset recommended settings. This model displays Set temperatures only, not actual temperatures, so you will not see a change in the display throughout the day. Keep in touch! SUEatGEA
