A:AnswerHi RustyC714 - Most cooking appliances are rated at 240 volt. The nominal voltage is 240 volt, but homes may have 208V, 220V, or 240V power supply. Any appliance that is rated for 240 volts (JBS160DMBB) can also be used on a 220V or 208V outlet. Thanks for choosing GE. Enjoy! Sue

A:AnswerHi Lui - GE Appliances does not package the power cord with electric free-standing ranges since it is not possible to determine the type of facilities each consumer has available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire). Thanks for choosing GE! Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue

A:AnswerHi there - To set the surface burners, push the knob in and turn in either direction to the setting you want (in this case, "Hi" for a high setting). We recommend only using a flat-bottomed wok that has the same diameter as the surface element to ensure proper contact. It's also important to note that woks with support rings should not be used because they will not heat on the cooktop. We hope this is helpful. Please reach out to us directly if you have additional questions - we're always happy to help. Be well, Kelsey@GEA

A:AnswerHello Kari - Thank you for your interest in this excellent range. We do not offer burner covers for any of our ranges as we do not recommend using them. They could potentially restrict airflow and cause the appliance to overheat. We apologize for the inconvenience. Keep in touch! - John@GEA
