“How can i tighten or remove screws that hold the fan vent together to stop the noise from being lose they are a screw that seem to be tamper proof? when on high it rattels loudly and can stand the noise”

We recommend using a smaller duct pipe to reduce venting. It is important to minimize the duct run length and number of transitions and elbows.
