• Hi - Our portable air conditioners come with a 5' exhaust hose. We do not recommend extending this hose as this could reduce the efficiency of the air conditioner. We're so glad you checked. All our best! Vikki@GEA

• I don’t know what they expect you to do if the hose does not reach the window!!! Buy the extension, 5’9 is the diameter, counterclockwise.
