I have not experienced any odor problems with this machine. I had heard about odor problems with the front loaders, that is why I specifically chose a top load machine. I have had it for 4 months now and, so far, the only thing that stinks are the dirty clothes going in. Smells clean and fresh coming out.

We're sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing with your current front loader and appreciate your interest in our top load model. This is a very nice model. Washer odors are usually caused by leaving the washer lid closed when not in use. This does not allow air to circulate and dry out the moisture remaining in the tub area. The air and moisture mixture becomes stagnant and creates an odor. When the washer is not in use, leaving the lid up or open for air circulation will help prevent odor. I hope this helps! We appreciate you checking with us!
