“After a wash cycle has ended and on the screen it says “End” why does the lock door still show? How long before it unlocks? Is this normal ?”

Hello Dee, thank you for your question. If your washer's door is not unlocking, we recommend disconnecting the power or flipping the breaker for 2 to 3 minutes as this will often times reset the electronics.
