I had already tried to check filters and exhaust. The problem is the cooling fins are not getting cold. The compressor is on (not just the fan) but it is as if i have lost charge of coolant. Is it possible to have a leak?

If the room is not getting cool when the unit is on, you may need to check the filter and make sure it's clean. We also suggest making sure nothing is obstructing the air flow.
