• Hi there, thanks so much for reaching out! Model JGB660DPBB has a Sabbath Mode available to it and comes with an non-stick aluminum griddle. The numbers on the newer model of range are used to set the temperature. If you wanted to bake at 450 degrees, for example, you would press BAKE, then press 4, 5, and 0 and then press the START pad to begin the preheating process. We hope that this helps!
