“How frequently should the fan cycle during convection? Ours seems to stay on for less than 30 seconds, will be off for a minute or so. Is this normal?”

Hi Alisa - Thanks for choosing GE Model JB655EKES and welcome to the family! Frequent cycling is normal. The Convection system is non-reversing. In the Convection mode, the fan will cycle on and off and spins in one direction during fan operation (convection) mode.
