Thank you for your question. You can purchase a three prong power cord for this model. This range must be installed on a 240 volt, 40 amp breaker. The KW rating for 240 volts is 13.4.  Welcome	Lisa

The type of electric cord you need is depends on your electric supply voltage. Older constructions build before year 2000 typically use 208 V electric supply and as such require 3-prong electric cord. Any newer construction build after year 2001 typically use 240 V electric supply and as such require 4-prong electric cord. The reason for this is very simple - in 208 V system the Ground and the Neutral wires are the same while in 240 V system they are 2 different wires. Electric ranges and dryers have special jumper connector between Ground and Neutral terminals installed at the factory. This jumper connector must be removed when using 4-prong electric cord with 240 V electric supply.
As to self cleaning amperage this depends how powerful the bake and broil elements are together. In typical range the bake element is 2,800 W and broil element is 3,500 W, so together this comes to 6,300 W and when used with 240 V electric supply draws 26 A. With 208 V electric supply the power is reduced by 25% and the draw is 22 A.
Electric ranges typically use 6 gauge electric supply wires and at least 40A circuit breaker.
