My new range was delivered yesterday and it worked when the installers tested it. Now the oven will not preheat to temperature and the cooktop will not come on at all. Electrical panels and oven light are working. Suggestions? null

I had to exchange my original range due to defects such as a dent, timer does not work, and the bottom drawer was inoperable.

My range has not been delivered yet, but I have heard from other owners that this GE range has problems keeping the correct oven temperature. Am a bit concerned.
