We use several pots and pan that should probably be thrown away they're so beat up so no any pots will work. Just don't spin or slide them on the glass.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had a smooth top range for more than 25 years and this is my second. No special pans needed except a flat smooth bottom. I use stainless steel, aluminum clad, and some old corning wear casserole dishes with flat bottoms. Have even used glass tea pot. Like anything else make sure to watch cooking temperatures do not exceed recommendations of cookware.

The type of cookware you use on a radiant cooktop can affect how it performs. We recommend using medium or heavy-weight cookware. Flat Bottom pans are essential for good cooking performance since the bottom of the pan needs to touch the glass for the best heat transfer. Most current brands sold today have flat bottoms. Much older, used cookware and/or thinner cookware will show signs of no longer being flat. Non-flat pans may crack the glass. We hope this helps. Keep in touch! - JB

We do have stainless steel pots and pans that work great. We love this stove. Really love that you can choose convection baking or standard baking. My personal favorite are the two front burners that allow you to select a small or large cooking ring. My least favorite is the warming burner at center back. We’ve always used this area as a cooking utensil cradle. Another minor inconvenience caused by the warmer is that both back burners are small. I typically use a large back burner for cooking large pots of soup, stock, or beans. Overall this is a great product for the price.
