“Hello We do not have windows that go up and down. We have windows that open up left to right,brand is called Pella windows. Will this Portable air-conditioning work with these type of windows? If not what kind of portable air conditioner can we get?”

Should work just use the window to hold the exhaust hose vertically with the supplied hose boards

The window panel can be installed in a window with a minimum 20” (55.88 cm) to a maximum 46” (121.92 cm) opening.
