Hello. We appreciate you reaching out, though we hate to hear your new air conditioner didn't include a password to use WiFi connectivity. We know that can be an important feature and apologize for any inconvenience. However, upon review, it looks like the model number you asked about, APCA14YZBW, may not be currently equipped to connect with WiFi. If your manual references WiFi connectivity, it may be referring to one of our similar air conditioner units, APWA14YZMW. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
