Hello Bjam, Thanks for contacting us! We're sorry to hear about your air conditioner not functioning properly. We'd be glad to help you with a few troubleshooting tips. We found that if a unit is not cooling, it could be that the room is very hot and humid. If this is the case, the unit may take longer than usual to cool the room. We also suggest making sure the appliance is on the correct setting. The mode should be "Cool", and the fan should be on "High". We also suggest making sure doors and windows are not opened, and there is nothing blocking the airflow.
