The most common issue with not feeling warmth on clothes would be the dryer vent. If it isn't connected correctly it will not allow it to maintain the heat inside the drum, it'll all escape from the vent in the back. Another issue could be if you reused the old cord from the previous dryer. If this is the case the cord you are using may power the dryer but power the element. I hope this has been helpful
