“After a load has finished drying is there a way to turn off light function so you can leave door open? If the door is open the light is always on never going off. thanks”

Hi Lisa - Thanks for choosing GE! The drum lamp comes on automatically when the door is opened. Since it does not have an on/off switch, the light cannot turn off the light when the door is open. Thanks for checking with us! Sue
