Had to wait another week for replacement.the inconvenience ugh

We love the washer/dyter, however facilitating delivery, installation and ordering the related pedestal drawer was not a good experience. After several failed attempts, and automatically canceled orders by Best Buy, all parts have now arrived and are installed. It only took repeated attempts at ordering and scheduling to achieve this, a month after the initial purchase. Danny, at our local Best Buy, was instrumental in ensuring we received that which we ordered. Thanks Danny!! Notes to future buyers: Don't order the associated water hook-up, the dryer comes with the needed parts. Though Best Buy will insist you purchase this for their installation service, which they refused to perform onsite. Delivery/Installation people are less than helpful.

Dries clothes quickly. Drum a nice big size, unit has nice features. If stacked, dial and controls also straight up / not slanted back so easier to see and reach than units that slant back. Platinum color looks great.

We replaced a Samsung with this electric dryer and it is excellent. The size is superior, less bunching of large objects, and dry time even better than the old one. The unwrinkle feature is not quite as good, but still saved ironing time. Very happy.

Very easy to use and efficient dryer. Bought it on sale at a great Best Buy price. Already had the black slate kitchen, and got the same color instead of white for a little more money. Steam cycle really kills the germs and smells.

This dryer was to replace another GE dryer that I had for 22 years and my mother had for 4. So I can honestly say this dryer, dries faster with less wrinkles than the old one. Will just need to see how long it lasts!

Choosing a washer/dryer set was a lot harder than I thought it would be. There are so many new things they can do. So you really need to make a list of what features you need the most. I am a person who still ironed everything. That is, until I saw this dryer has a steam cycle! Even if I leave the clothes in the dryer and forget about them, there is a setting for steaming 1-3 garments at a time and a setting to steam an entire load. This dryer had me at STEAM!

This dryer is energy efficient and works great. Also has many levels for all washes.

I bought this dryer as ours broke. It dries well, however, the times on the settings seem to constantly change. Also the dryer lint vent isn’t very good. There always seems to be extra lint around the outside of it and under the vent. The steam setting on the machine is not that great either. Our last dryer actually produced steam. This one fills the dryer with water then dries on high heat to steam. If you end the cycle early, your clothes are still soaked.

The washing machine in this set is is easy five star and the dryer is great it’s just really light and slides on tile when you open and close it.

Very nice drier, great capacity, lots of features, very little noise when working.

Reasonable price. moisture sensor does a good job. seems to be relatively energy efficient. did not hook up a water line so have not used the steam features yet. FYI the purchase date is listed incorrectly. I've had this since 10/2019.

Love my new dryer! The steam and sanitize functions are great and I would never go back to a regular dryer that doesn't have those options. I read in other reviews that the dryer was loud, but I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. It also has a cute little chime when the cycle is done too.

It’s like having a dry cleaners at home, it takes a bit more to connect it to water, but it comes with the splitter and everything, so once that is out of the way, I love using the steam for my wrinkle free requirements.

I have not had one problem with this washer and dryer set which I purchased a couple years ago. The set has worked flawlessly with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended

I love this dryer. I have frequently used the different settings on it. It dries my towels in one cycle instead of having to reset it numerous times.
